Account: email address and login method. Investment profile: your risk quiz answers and watchlist. Questions you ask the advisor are processed to generate an answer and are not stored by us. Billing: handled by our payment processor; we only store subscription status, never card details.

To provide the service you pay for (contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); to meet bookkeeping and tax law (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)); to keep the service secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA.

Hosting and database (Lovable Cloud), payments (Stripe), AI text generation and web search providers acting as processors under data processing agreements. Some processors are in the US; transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Extension).

Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted when you delete your account. Billing records are kept by our payment processor for as long as Norwegian bookkeeping law requires (up to 5 years).

You can access, download (portability), correct and delete your data at any time from the Account page. You can also object to or restrict processing, and complain to Datatilsynet (Norway), your local EU authority, the ICO (UK), or exercise California rights to know, delete and correct. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Each user's data is isolated at the database level so only you can read it. Passwords are hashed and never visible to us. Payment details never touch our servers.

We only use storage strictly needed to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies, so no cookie banner is required.

Lodestar Folio summarises public financial information with AI. It can be wrong or out of date. Past performance does not guarantee future returns and you may lose money. Make your own decisions and consider a licensed adviser.

€10 per month, renewing monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. EU/EEA/UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which ends when you start using the service with your consent.
